The project aims to exploit the economic potential of household waste in the Kouva district of the Sebkha commune by mobilizing households and citizens, with a view to improving the quality of life of the area’s inhabitants. In addition to organizing demonstration and training sessions on waste sorting and compost production, the project includes beach clean-up campaigns, the setting up of a waste collection and sorting system, and the installation of a paving stone production unit using recycled waste.
