The aim of the “Green Starlab” project is to promote green entrepreneurship among school dropouts, unemployed and untrained young people in the Hassan district of Rabat, and to set up a social and solidarity-based microfranchise. This technical support scheme, both upstream and downstream of business creation, should stimulate young people’s entrepreneurial initiatives and improve business survival rates.
