Santé et Education pour le Développement Familial
The “PAPROMA” project aims to implement an empowerment approach for women and young people through training and education in urban agroecology and the promotion of organic produce. The project aims to create a new learning dynamic in urban agro-ecology for women and young people in vulnerable situations.
The project’s main activities are as follows:
- Support for 30 women and young people in urban agroecology. Capacity-building for 25 young people in life skills
- Training and structuring of 5 CSOs to support women and young people. Establishment of a Forum on Agro-ecological
- Production Entrepreneurship (FEPA) and dissemination of best practices through the forum, which promotes the marketing of local products
- An assessment of what has been learned will be carried out in partnership with local authorities, youth CSOs, and government technical services
